South African Man Launches Contest For Virgins.

This South African is Set to help Control The Spread of HIV and Unwanted Pregnancies by giving Prize money to Virgins.

A 29 year old south African, Rabelani Ramali (Pictured right) has launched a contest in SA where girls between 35 years and below would be given the sum of R100,000 plus medals, depending on their ages.
Rabelani who is a father of five children, by four women out of wedlock, says brought the idea to checkmate the rate of unwanted pregnancies and HIV cases in the country. He claims his NGO was registered in 2013 and is going to help out with this task.
Rabelani has contacted local doctors and health officials who would conduct the tests on the women, after which the whooping sum of R100,000 would be given to the winners. R100,000 to those between ages 31 and 35, R50,000 to those within 26 and 30 years, and R25000 to those in the ages of 21 to 25.
What if this test is conducted on Nigerian girls?
